​Role: Lead Architect & Designer – Full Design and Layout, Structural Coordination, Material & Finish Selection. This was a brand-new building project developed from scratch in an industrial/ economic zone (Zone des Guérins, Le Coteau). Working closely with the RA, the structural engineer, and the project economist, I developed the building’s design to meet both functional and economic requirements while establishing a clear architectural identity.
