Role: This project was developed as a proposal for a design competition involving several architecture firms. The client was planning a future luxury leather-goods manufacturing facility, I created a complete site & building layout that supported production flow, employee circulation, visitor access, and on-site amenities.
The final plan balanced industrial efficiency with a refined, human-centered environment that reflected the client’s luxury brand identity.
